Plate: Penne Puttanesca-fresh tomatoes, garlic, capers, with chili peppers and herbs in a red sauce base over whole wheat penne. On the side- Sautéed Garden Vegetables and Green Salad. $6.95

Soup: No Soup Today.
Plate: Black Bean Enchilada--mildly-spiced with roasted chilies, enchilada sauce smothers layers of corn tortilla, black beans, potatoes, corn, and vegetables. Served with tortilla Chips and Brian’s own Pineapple Salsa, Green Salad $ 6.95
December 12, Friday
Soup: Papa’s Soup-Puerto Rican-style soup seasoned with onion, garlic, green bell pepper, celery, cilantro and annatto-infused olive oil with potatoes and pasta. Our favorite.
Mini-Plate: Stir-fry Vegetables with Chinese Black Bean Sauce on Noodles $5.95
